Tori Diaz
Tori Diaz is a master's student studying Agricultural and Extension Education. She was born and raised in Las Cruces, NM. She was active in FFA throughout high school, judging livestock. In 2020, she began attending New Mexico State University and majored in Animal Science (Industry) with a minor in Agricultural and Extension Education. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in May of 2024. Tori’s research is focused on extension’s role in communicating vaccination information to the public, however, her research endeavors are diverse. Tori has a passion for research and educating young people, with the hope of one day making it her full-time job. She has been an active participant in the world of cooperative extension services since she began working for the university while still in high school. Her hobbies include hunting, fishing, and anything outdoors. She is also a big fan of traveling around the U.S. and internationally.
